tours-locales2

We offer this tour as something to compliment your city tours. We will leave in the morning so as to get to the northern outskirts of the city, where we find two very peaceful and quiet suburbs- San Isidro and Tigre. There you will find the past and present co-exist in the area’s unique natural surroundings, such as the Paraná Delta.
We will visit the old town of San Isidro, an area which grew up around the imposing neo-Gothic Cathedral of San Isidro Labrador. Then we will travel to Tigre by bus. There we will take a tour in a typical motorboat, navigating the various rivers and streams, getting to know how the islanders live, their customs, culture and lifestyle, and admiring the weekend retreats of some porteños, alongside their yachting and rowing clubs. The boats for the tour are completely equipped with music, guides and refreshment (coffee and snacks)
Lunch is included in María Luján.
Lancha Tigre (Tigre Motorboats) is in regular service.
